Overview
At Aqualyng, Operations & Maintenance is poised to be overseen by Aqualyng Holding AS’ dedicated O&M Division, Aqualyng Operations Group (AOG). As a specialist Management and Consulting concern, AOG provides a management and technology resource for the various O&M groups owned by Aqualyng Holding AS, as well as the company’s external clients.
While a majority of AOG’s clients are currently inter-group - tackling the technical and operations risk portion of Aqualyng’s BOO / BOOT operations (in Ghana and the Nakheel projects) and selling services to the company’s Turnkey & Fast Water clients (Shadeed, Oxy and Others) - the Group is primed to take on individual clients and the 24 hr running of facilities for a wide swathe of 3rd party concerns in the near future.
Another aspect of AOG’s service offering is to oversee the intrinsic portions of all operations systems such as HSE, HR and Procurement Management for Aqualyng. Given the scope of its activities and the strategic importance of its deliverables, plans are in place for AOG to be registered as a subsidiary of Aqualyng Holding AS, operating from a Dubai-based free zone and having its own separate facility and corporate office.
