AOG undertakes 3 main business activities: Operational Group Management, Operations Management and Technical Consulting Services.
Within these larger canvasses, AOG’s resources deliver operational training expertise, maintenance training expertise, operational process consulting, technical support (on-site and via other methods) and management for the O&M groups whose sole purpose is to operate desalination facilities owned and/or managed by the various entities under Aqualyng Holding AS.
AOG’s services for hire encompass technical services and consulting for engineering firms, intensive training and retraining courses conducted to U.S. Standards, material selection, layout designs, operability previews, operational consultancy and training & education for industrial concerns.
The Group’s main sources of capital creation are through the sale of spare / replacement parts and consumables, consultant fees for risk services rendered and the commissioning of technical services. One of the AOG’s primary responsibilities is concerned with the reduction of life cycle costs through the lowering of membrane replacement and chemical costs – bringing remarkable cost efficiencies to both Aqualyng projects as well as independent 3rd party developments.
